The facility is monitored by a 24 hour monitored alarm system, with only authorised and vetted personnel permitted to enter the facility. All of our storage personnel are DBS checked and fully uniformed with ID badges at all times. Safety and security is absolutely crucial and we take every step to ensure the highest levels are maintained at all times.

Our document management service covers collection, storage, retrieval and destruction. As leading experts in the industry, we have the experience and knowledge to ensure your business needs are covered. We can scan documents to you if you require sight of any records or alternatively, if you need the physical copy we will arrange for the document (or complete box of documents) to be sent to you within your desired time frame.

4. Our team then collect the boxes and take them to our secure off-site facility

5. Retrieval is easy - simply call us and we can either scan the document back to you or courier it to your office
